Hello, thanks for visiting my site. I'm Amanda, your courteous and reliable Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Agent. I currently reside in Burbank, CA with my daughter. We have lived here since July 2016 and absolutely love it!
I'm originally from New York and moved to California in 2009. While in New York, I held a notary commission for one term. I received my California notary in 2013 and was renewed in 2017. I am a seasoned executive assistant with over 25 years experience so, customer service, organization and attention to detail are built right into my fundamental makeup. In my tenure as a California notary, I have worked and notarized in a variety of settings; hospitals, construction companies, real estate, nursing homes, financial institutions, attorney offices, just to name a few. I keep updated on all notary laws and best practices and take pride in the wealth of notary and loan document knowledge I have accumulated over the years. Feel free to visit my Notary Knowledge page for tips, facts and fun on all things notary and loan signing related!
In January 2019, I started performing loan signings. I wanted to be as knowledgeable and competent as possible, so I completed both the National Notary Association (NNA) and the Loan Signing System (LSS) Signing Agent Courses and passed both certifications, which I renew yearly. I also complete a yearly background check through NNA. I am happy to provide any credentials upon request...please just ask.
I have quickly realized that being a Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Agent is perfect for me, and I really do love everything about it. Let me help you with your next notarization or loan signing! I can promise you that when you choose me as your Mobile Notary and/or Loan Signing Agent, you are choosing a genuine and reliable agent who will provide a great customer experience and a flawless signing every time!
Looking forward to working with you!
